'Witch' girl recalls her beatings
BBC News:
A 10-year-old girl has told how she was beaten with a high-heeled shoe by a woman who accused her of witchcraft.
A police video of the girl describing how she was tortured was shown to an Old Bailey jury on Wednesday.
The child's aunt, 39, and Sita Kisanga, 35, from London, deny conspiracy to murder and child cruelty charges.
Sebastian Pinto, 33, and Kiwonde Kiese, 21, both of Stoke Newington, London, deny aiding and abetting child cruelty from August 2002 and November 2003.
The girl, who was eight at the time, also said Ms Kisanga, who she referred to as aunty, accused other children of being involved in witchcraft.
