A Baltimore police officer, already accused of raping a woman inside a police station, has been indicted on a second rape charge
Associated Press:
Officer Jemini Jones, 28, was charged with second-degree rape, second-degree sex offense and misconduct in office.
Eyewitness News has learned that his bail is set at $75,000.
According to prosecutors, Jones executed a search warrant at a woman's home on October 24 and told her that she would have to engage in sexual activities to avoid arrest.
Jones was indicted Jan. 6 for allegedly having sex with a 22-year-old woman in exchange for her release from the Southwestern District precinct house. He was charged with rape, violation of official duties and conspiracy to commit rape.
