A 20-year-old Hurricane Katrina evacuee is accused of killing a Houston man for giving him an ugly look

Police say David King Junior of Louisiana told investigators he shot 26-year-old Ivan Alejandro Carrera at a Houston apartment complex because of a dirty look on April third.

Police say Carrera -- who had been driving through the complex -- was shot in the head.

King is charged with murder.
