A man who escaped from custody while not wearing any clothes is now back in custody

It all started from an incident early Sunday morning.

Syracuse police say Rashon Delee broke into his ex-girlfriend's apartment around 2:30 a.m. and attempted to strangle her. They say the ex-girlfriend stabbed Delee in the chest in self defense.

Police arrested him at Crouse Hospital Sunday morning when he sought medical treatment. He was arraigned and brought back to Crouse and put in custody of the Sheriff's Department.

Deputies say Delee escaped while being guarded at the hospital. They say he pushed over a deputy and took off. He was naked at the time.

With the help of Sheriff's Deputies, Syracuse Police, and Air One Delee was finally located on Madison Street and arrested. More charges could be pending.
