A San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department deputy has arrested previously deported illegal alien sex offenders in two separate incidents

Beau Yarbrough:

On September 13, Deputy Frank Hardin pulled over Arturo Ramos Angel, 44, for alleged vehicle code violations.

Angel allegedly presented Hardin with a forged identification card. Upon further investigation, Hardin discovered Angel to be a sex offender from the Los Angeles area who had been allegedly living in Apple Valley for six months without registering his current address.

Angel had previously been convicted of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years of age.

On September 27, Hardin had a similar experience, when he pulled over Francisco Martinez Barajas, 32, a sex offender living in Victorville without registering with law enforcement.

Information on Barajas’ previous sex offense conviction was not available at press time.

Both men were booked into the Victor Valley Jail on the days of their arrests.

The pair share something else in common besides alleged traffic violations and previous convictions as sex offenders: Both Barajas and Angel are illegal aliens who have previously been deported to their countries of origin.
