Britain: A fifth man has been charged with the murder of a Vietnamese man 44-year-old Tran Nguyen who was carried fatally injured into a hospital

Tang Hoang Cai, 30, of no fixed abode appeared before magistrates in Newport on Friday.
He is accused of murdering Mr Nguyen, who was carried into the Royal Gwent Hospital in Newport in November.
A 49-year-old man from the London area, arrested on Thursday in connection with the death, remains in police custody.
Four Vietnamese men have already been charged with murder and a woman accused of perverting the course of justice.
On Friday, Lan Ho, 21, of no fixed abode appeared before a judge at Newport Crown Court.
Prosecutor Roger Griffiths applied for her case to be linked with the four Vietnamese men charged with murder.
She was remanded in custody and the case against all five defendants was adjourned until 2 March.
