A suspected illegal immigrant has been arrested and charged with two counts of statutory rape

Police responded to a home after the homeowner found 21 year old Juan Calo Ceballos in his 14 year old daughter’s bedroom.

The homeowner held Ceballos until police arrived.

An investigation revealed that Ceballos had crawled through the window of the residence with the intent of having consensual contact with the 14 year old girl.

Ceballos was arrested and charged with two counts of Statutory Rape, which is a Class E felony.

It is also suspected that Ceballos is in the United States illegally. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency has placed a hold on Ceballos who now also faces possible deportation.

Ceballos is being held at the Williamson County Jail without bond.
