A 34-year-old Haitian, convicted of a sex offense against a minor, has been arrested at the West Palm Beach law firm where he worked

Miami Herald:

Vladymir Pierre-Louis

The arrest was made following a joint investigation with the Port St. Lucie Sheriff's Office, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said. Vladymir Pierre-Louis is being held at the Krome detention center in west Miami-Dade County.

Pierre-Louis was convicted in Palm Beach County on Sept. 30, 1994, for lewd assault on a minor. Pierre-Louis had eluded law enforcement officers since his appeal against deportation was dismissed and his order of removal became final.

Pierre-Louis was ordered deported by an immigration judge on March 28. His appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals was dismissed on July 26. Pierre-Louis is currently in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Pierre-Louis' removal from the country was "imminent," the agency said in a statement.

First, we have enough home-grown sickos and wack job sex criminals without having to import more. What the hell is wrong with these 3rd worlders people and their f-ed up countries and "cultures"?! Secondly, if his deportation is "imminent" why is his ass not on a boat out of here. Eluded authorities, what a joke! Nobody whoi is in this country has illegally ever has to elude authorities because the "authorities" never look for them! However, the Justice Department spends lots of time, energy and money hunting down supposed Nazi war criminals who are never convicted in an
Israeli(!) court no less.
