A Jamaican is among 12 fugitives on the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency most wanted list

Robert Anthony Walker, of St James in western Jamaica, is wanted for alleged international drug smuggling, according to information posted on the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) website.
According to the ICE, Walker is the alleged leader of a cocaine smuggling organisation and is responsible for importing at least 100 kilograms of cocaine smuggled from Jamaica and distributed to central and southern Florida during the last three years.
He has been on the run from the police for five years, after a federal arrest warrant was issued for his arrest from the Middle District of Florida on March 13, 2001. He also has a federal bench warrant for his arrest issued from the Southern District of Florida for violation of his probation.
In February 2001, Walker was indicted in the Middle District of Florida, after he was charged with conspiracy to import a controlled substance (cocaine).
Walker uses the aliases Ralph Newman, Colin James, Preston and Rusty and is described as "armed and dangerous".
His last known address is 4760 NW 24th Court #B116, Lauderdale Lakes, Florida.
